Hosted Data (Zero Access): It is crucial to distinguish between Account Data and Hosted Data. Hosted Data is the information stored within the applications you run on our infrastructure (e.g., NextCloud, Odoo). Thanks to our isolated container architecture, we have zero access to your Hosted Data. Your environment is completely private and walled off.

As a business based in South Africa offering isolated container environments with complete data sovereignty globally, we comply with both the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

You retain full rights as a data subject regarding your Account Data, including the rights to:
